They went with the old school spelling of whiskey, but it’s so good it doesn’t need the extra ‘e’. This is just a 3yr old whiskey, but Texas is hot that accelerates aging. It’s really an unfair advantage.

It is bottled at 100 proof so you have some room to open it up a bit with some water if you choose. I didn’t sample this one on ice, but at room temp it was very smooth and bursting with flavor. With a little water it tasted a bit sweeter, but then I missed the intensity of the other flavors.
