Heaven Hill product. Mash Bill:  68% corn, 20% wheat, 12% barley (no one is sure). Age: 4+ years. This is just a $22 bottle at 100 proof. A pleasant and inexpensive bourbon. It’s nose is good and the oak and fruit is strong. Chilled, this bourbon is oaky and has a cherry taste, but when warmed the fruity flavor decreases. There is a spicy component I can’t quite place, but I could sip this all day. Very nice. A must try.
