Class Axe

What a fun time this was!  You and your family can do this.  We say old and young (must be 12 years or older – check the info at the bottom of the page), big and small doing this and enjoying themselves.

Axe throwing has been gaining in popularity and there are around a dozen different places in the North Texas area where you can go and have fun.  Just take a look at this Google Maps search.

Since we are located north east of Dallas we visited the place closest to us.  Class Axe in Richardson, Texas.

You of course have to sign a waiver and go through some instructions, but WOW was this a lot of fun!

You and your group get a station.  You won’t be forced to throw with anyone else if you don’t want to.  We did not care that much.  Since we were a small group, we agreed to be joined with another small group.

It is BYOB and you can bring in food.  You don’t have to be a macho man to do this.  There was a lady there that had be in her 70’s and a young lady that had to be in her early 20’s and must have weighed about 110 lbs.  If they can do it, so can you.

You get a trained expert with each group and everyone has fun!

Be sure to check out our podcast covering this business.
