We do a little class of learning how to pair liquor and chocolate together. Once you learn how to enjoy the combination of the flavors, a whole new world of palett pleasing flavors come to life. At the start of the lessons Yeli goes easy on us and walks us through how to taste the chocolate disk. Yeli noticed that folks were putting in the fake chocolate syrup or cocoa powder into the cups. This are Belguim disk of gourmet chocolate that does not add grit or a waxy flavor to your cappuccino or coffee. These disks can be screen printed with chocolate with any pattern you want.
